1. AC was not effective. 2. In between, AC was shut down resulting in a feeling of bad smell. 3. Two hours late reached at destination. 4. Extra passengers were laid down in the gallery. 5. Water bottle was not provided.

They first sent me by auto to some place to board bus apart from boarding point then changed my bus in mid journey then that bus was late by more than 1 hour. It's pathetic.
