Very bad service in this bus. Punctuality is very bad. Fifty kilometres away from the dropping point, the bus stopped and dropped me.

I had booked a bus ticket from Palanpur to Delhi, but dropped us off in Jaipur instead of taking us to Delhi as promised. From Jaipur, they transferred us to an ordinary non-AC Rajasthan State Transport bus, which was completely unacceptable. This is highly unprofessional and unfair treatment of passengers. The company should take strict action against such operators and consider banning them completely to prevent other passengers from facing the same situation. I demand a full refund of the amount I paid for my ticket, as the promised service was not provided. I request the company to take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

This was worst travelling, the bus driver was drunk and seat was not at all clean. Rest stop hygiene was not good. Charging socket was not working.
