This was one of the worst buses I have ever traveled in. Very poor bus service. It was an extremely bad travel experience. The bus was in terrible condition. I had a very disappointing journey. One of the most pathetic bus journeys I've ever had. Not recommended. Extremely poor experience. The bus was in bad condition and the journey was very uncomfortable.

A truly terrible experience—the worst bus journey of my life. None of the charging points were working, the bus didn't arrive at my boarding point nor did it depart on time, and it wasn't clean either.

Dropped at Jaipur and then I came to Delhi from Jaipur by paying another 400/- to other bus.

The lounge is clean and surprisingly hygienic, even the restrooms. I spent about 15 hours here. The cafeteria inside is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. The bus service is also good.

Below are some of the feedback from my journey to Ahmedabad: 1. Live tracking was not working. 2. The bus was AC but it had windows which were not tight and as a result a lot of dust was also accumulated on the seats. 3. In the amenities it was mentioned that they will provide the blanket but it was not given to us.
