In booking time there is new bus in name of raj hans but bus is terrible smelling, no hygiene, no cleaning. Worst bus ever I travel.

Nothing is good in this bus. Seats are not comfortable, so much dust is there and there is no hygienic rest stop.

Worst journey of my life I have ever had. The tyre got burst at speed of 80 90 kmph. Please it is a request do not travel with it.

Bus waited for passengers in Indore for more than 2 hours even after seats were full, they started sitting passengers in gallery. Bus departed from Teen Imli at 10:30 pm and reached Bhopal at 5:30 am. Don't ever take buses; they are unprofessional and non-punctual. They don't even deserve a single star.

They did not give any update about the bus and contact number and even changed the bus without any information. The option given was horrible. I am a corporate traveler but it was my first horrible experience. I lost my bus. Waste of xxxx Rs. From today onwards, I and all my corporate connections have stopped using.

I don't prefer this bus to anyone. Firstly, the bus was 2 hours late. Secondly, there was no charging support. Even the windows were jammed and the condition of the bus isn’t good.
