I had a very bad experience travelling. The scheduled departure time was 7:00 PM, but the bus actually departed at 8:30 PM due to some issue with the driver. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Around 12:30 AM, the bus suffered a tyre puncture. The driver did not even stop the bus for a proper dinner break. The next morning, around 7:30–8:00 AM, the bus experienced a brake issue and remained stationary at the same location for another 2–3 hours due to repair work. As a result, I finally reached my destination at around 3:00 PM, much later than expected. The entire journey was extremely inconvenient, frustrating, and disappointing. I sincerely requested the management to take these issues seriously. Please ensure proper bus maintenance, regular safety inspections, reliable drivers, timely departures, appropriate meal breaks, and proper cleanliness of the buses. Passenger safety and comfort should always be the top priority. I hoped the management took this feedback seriously and improved its services to prevent other passengers from facing similar difficulties.
