The bus was overcrowded, and they allowed too many passengers, which made the journey very uncomfortable for me. There was not enough space to sit or travel comfortably. Also, they did not stop at our proper stop, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Overall, I had a very uncomfortable experience and I hope they improve their service.

I was supposed to travel on one bus, but I was asked to get off and switch to another bus. Unfortunately, the second bus also broke down, and now I am stuck on the way and unable to reach my destination on time. Despite this situation, you are asking me for feedback. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Please look into this issue seriously. I am facing a lot of problems right now. I was already sitting in the correct bus, but due to a mistake by the staff, I was asked to get off and was shifted to another bus. Because of this, I could not reach my destination on time, and I am still stuck on the way. This entire situation has caused me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. I request you to please take responsibility for this issue and look into it seriously.

I travelled at 3:45 AM. I faced a few issues during the journey: 1. The lights inside the bus were not switched off, even though it was very early in the morning, which made it difficult for passengers to sleep. 2. The seat number shown during online booking was different from the actual seat number in the bus, which caused confusion. 3. The bus door was not properly closed, which is a serious safety concern. Please look into these issues and ensure better passenger comfort and safety in the future.
