I had a very disappointing experience with your bus service today. The bus was extremely dirty, there were mosquitoes inside, and the overall hygiene was very poor. The scheduled departure time from Indore was 9:45 PM, but the bus actually departed at 11:05 PM, causing a delay of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Moreover, despite having sufficient space in the luggage compartment (dickey), the staff instructed passengers to keep their bags near their seats, which was very inconvenient. I am highly dissatisfied with your service, cleanliness, punctuality, and staff behavior. This was an extremely unpleasant travel experience. I will never travel with your bus service again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for other passengers.

I have booked ticket in AC bus but I have travelled in non AC bus. Please refund the difference amount.

Driver and conductor behave like harassment and are very rude in behaviour. Also, he never listened to the passengers' voice and argued multiple times.

Slippers size short. Customer service bad. It's not a bus, it's a truck. Both lag inside the bus. Booking time showed good bus but bus not good. AC straight on lat.

it's not passenger bus this is loaded truck heavily loaded inside the bus on the track and above the bus also not at all safe I would never recommend this also staff is stopping bus again and again to pick up local passenger because of which it got delayed a lot
