Bus from inside was pathetic. We could have travelled in any other bus with the price. Unfortunately, it has lost its credibility.

This is my detailed experience with the bus service and Makemytrip's lack of communication issues. Makemytrip gave me the time of 2:15 pm for the bus leaving time, but I am not sure why the bus arrived at 1:00 pm and left from Andheri by 1:30 pm. Thank God, due to some personal issues, I already reached before time; otherwise, they might have left me like they did for some other passengers. I am not sure why they were in such a hurry. They did not even stop for a tea break, which they usually do, but this time they were in a rush to reach as soon as possible, and the bus arrived at Sagwara by morning 4:30 am, which is very early. The rest was good, but the timing mismatch is a big issue.
