Bus and AC both having too much noise just like roadways bus and they don't switch off the passage lights. Carrying heavy transport luggage in bus need to improve this else all is fine. Staff is good.

Our experience was amazing nice and clean bus. Felt comfortable but should focus on punctuality. Please resolve this problem.

On booking platform, departure timing was at 02:00 PM but they called to inform bus departure timing as 01:30 PM. No curtains were in the bus, which made people suffocate in the cabin.

There are no curtains on the window and seats are very dirty. Totally not worth it. They are just taking advantage of our compassion.
