Good about travelling but he did not stop at the bus stop for using the toilet and other things, and this is needed for human beings in the morning time.

The staff behavior was very poor and unprofessional. The bus was stopped at various places for 1 to 2 hours for loading and unloading, sometimes as many as 100 bags. The bus was also stopped at a dhaba for almost one hour. There was absolutely no punctuality or commitment to the scheduled arrival time. Because of these unnecessary delays, I reached Lucknow almost 2 hours late. I would also like to point out that no compensation or late-arrival penalty was paid to me despite the significant delay. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected the company to take action regarding the staff and the unnecessary stoppages.

I booked my bus from Lucknow to Ujjain but the bus driver dropped me at Ujjain Dewas Cut Bypass. Because of this, I had to pay unnecessary money and also faced difficulty reaching Ujjain Mandir. This is totally frustrating for me and my family. Thanks.
