Very bad experience. No reminder call. No charging socket. No blanket. Dirty curtain. Travels smelling very bad. Staff behaviour bad.

They didn't come to my boarding point. They called me to travel 2 km far from the boarding point. Hope this will not happen again and don't suggest me their buses.
