This was my first journey from Katra (Jammu and Kashmir) to Delhi, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The issues I faced during the journey were as follows: 1. Rude staff behaviour: The staff's behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. 2. Non-functional reading lights: The reading lights were not working properly. 3. No proper luggage storage: There was no adequate space to store luggage, so we had to keep our bags on the seats. 4. Delayed arrival: The bus reached the destination much later than the scheduled dropping time. 5. Unclean blankets: The blankets provided were not properly cleaned, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, the service was below expectations, and I am extremely disappointed with my first experience. I request the management to take these issues seriously and improve staff behaviour, cleanliness, passenger comfort, and time management. I hope the management will take appropriate action to ensure that other passengers do not face the same problems.
