I reached the boarding point, but the bus arrived 3 hours late. There was no prior communication or update regarding the delay. I tried calling the support number multiple times, but my call was answered only after nearly 20 attempts. Unfortunately, the staff member who responded was also not polite or helpful. Since the bus was already delayed, cancellation was not allowed either. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Bus arrived 2.5 hours late. The tracking was also inaccurate and not updated properly. Very disappointing service.

Bus was very punctual, in fact it reached before time. Improvements needed in cleanliness and hygiene. Also the bus is a bit older. Otherwise the service was good. They did provide water bottles.

1 star – worst travel experience ever. This was one of the worst bus travel experiences I have ever had. The bus broke down around 4:00 am near Aurangabad and was stopped for almost 1–1.5 hours. More than half of the passengers had to leave the bus because of the breakdown, and only around 15 passengers continued in the same failed bus. After reaching the Amravati side, the driver tried to get the bus repaired for another 1–2 hours, but nothing was resolved. Only after passengers strongly complained to the driver did we finally move ahead. We reached Katol around 4:30 pm, even though the scheduled arrival time was 10:30 am. The entire journey was extremely stressful and frustrating. I travel frequently between Pune and my hometown due to my work, but I have never experienced such poor service and mismanagement. A bus should not be operated in such a condition, especially for a long-distance journey. Very disappointing service. and the travel operator should seriously look into this issue and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused to passengers. I would definitely not recommend this service.

Bus are not properly maintained, bus is failed. not arrange alternate bus for passenger. Very disappoint.
