This bus does not have a facility for charging phones. There are charging sockets, but they don't actually charge your phone.

Person beside my seat was occupying the whole seat as he was too fat and didn't even have the basic common sense that he paid for a single seat. I was unable to sleep the whole night. So terrible journey ever experienced.

Charging point is not working. In 15 hours of travel, blanket and pillow are not cleaned and are without cover.
