Bus late by 3 hours, and no pick-up van to drop at selected drop location. Just dropped everyone at Attapur Pillar 60.

What is this? It's 10 am and we are still 2 hours away from our destination. This bus punctuality is terrible; it showed our destination time as 9:15.

The trip of 15 h took 22 hours, xxx charge port not working, very slow bus, wrong route selection, bf point 11.30 lunch point at 4. No proper wash room points mapped. very inexperienced.

The bus was late at boarding point for 1 hour. Also stopped at random places as the AC stopped working. Also there was a random burning smell all passengers could smell. Made them scared as there were infants with them. It's been 5 hours now, the dropping time has passed by 5 hours. I am not still at the destination, it'll take about half an hour more. Also, the staff kept the GPS off throughout the journey, so service provider will not know that they were so late. Worst experience by far, don't want to give even 1 star.

Highly disappointed as there was no proper information provided about the routes. They left us 25 km away from Gokarna on the crossroads. While booking, it showed Gokarna bus stand. These people are not at all professional. I will never take a chance to travel with this bus again.
