I had a terrible experience on my recent bus journey from Ahmedabad to Shahpura due to the poor condition of the bus and given the sub-par service quality I requested a full refund for my booking so please look into this urgently.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your bus driver. The driver's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, and the bus was driven in a rash and unsafe manner, causing inconvenience and concern for the passengers. Such service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards expected from a professional transport operator. I request you to investigate this matter, counsel the driver appropriately, and take necessary corrective action to ensure that passengers receive safe and respectful service in the future.

The sleeper berth I had booked was already occupied by someone else. I was then told to take a sleeper berth at the back, even though I had booked a front sleeper berth online
