My interview got cancelled as the bus was delayed by 4 hours. I was supposed to reach by 6:55 am, now it is 11 am and I have still not reached the destination.

I have been using MakeMyTrip for the past 5–6 years, but I have never experienced such an unsatisfactory and frustrating service before. My bus pickup was scheduled for 9:20 am, but the bus was delayed by more than an hour. No pickup location details or prior intimation regarding the delay were provided, leaving me standing at the pickup point for over an hour without any proper information. When I called the driver around 10:00 am to check the status, he responded very casually, saying that they would not leave without picking me up and that they were on the way. However, even then, he failed to communicate his actual location or provide a clear estimated arrival time. The lack of communication and the driver's unprofessional attitude made the situation even more frustrating. The drop-off time was mentioned as 6:00 pm, but even at 8:40 pm, I had still not reached my destination, with approximately another hour of travel remaining. This is an unacceptable delay that has caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time. As a long-time MakeMyTrip customer, I expected much better service, timely communication, and accountability. Instead, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that corrective action will be taken to ensure other customers do not face a similar experience.

Not even a single good thing about this trip. Already 7 hours delay. They changed boarding point multiple times, and the bus was not clean. It was delayed for repair also.

I didn't reach my home town till now i want compensation i am now in Tamil Nadu 5.5 hours remain to reach my location this bus was a horrible bus i will not book this bus again.
