My boarding point was 14:20 at Mulki bus stand. Firstly, bus arrived somewhere between 16:00 and they did not pick me. All the numbers provided in the ticket are wrong. After somehow I got number of the driver, he told me he already left from Mulki and he asked me to take some local bus and come to them. I had to request them to come and pick me but they told some local bus operator to pick me and there was no coordination between them. This is one of the horrible experiences I have ever had. Please train them how to run buses like this.

Very bad service. It took 22 hours to reach Mapusa. Horrible journey. Please, I request to replace with a new bus. Do not run this bus.

No bottled water was served which was mentioned on the booking site. The bus boarding timings at Jogeshwari was 3.20 pm; however, it reached one hour early and the driver was continuously calling us and asking us to reach the boarding stop. We had planned while booking the ticket, but we had to pay extra to auto fellow so we could reach the stop, skipping our lunch.
