The overall experience of the return journey from Vadodara to Kalyan was not satisfactory. The bus seats were not clean, and there were no fans available inside the bus. Although it was a non-AC bus, we understand that some basic ventilation is still expected. Generally, non-AC buses have small fans near the seats, allowing passengers to keep the windows closed when required. However, in this bus, due to the lack of fans, we had to keep the windows open throughout the journey. As a result, dust, smoke, and outside pollution were continuously entering the passenger cabin, making the journey uncomfortable. There were also no bed sheets provided, and the bus had an unpleasant smell to some extent. Overall, the cleanliness, ventilation, and basic passenger comfort were below expectations. The service needs significant improvement, especially considering the duration of the journey.
