Instead of the expected bus, a different bus came and it was so bad and old. No comfortable seat and very bad driving.

Worst bus journey I have ever experienced. The boarding point was different from what was mentioned at the time of booking, and the dropping point was also changed without any proper information or communication. There was absolutely no clarity about the actual boarding point. The bus itself was extremely unclean and poorly maintained. It felt more like a local transport service than an intercity bus. To make matters worse, the operator allowed passengers to board midway and even allowed them to sit in the gallery/aisle, which was highly uncomfortable and unsafe. I genuinely want to understand how such service providers to operate on its platform. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect when booking through a reputed platform, should seriously review this operator and take appropriate action. Customers should not have to face such poor service after booking through your platform.
