Trans women came inside the bus while it was halted at a hotel for dinner and they misbehaved. No action was taken by the bus authority to resist them. The bus was late without any prior information and there was no hospitality. There should also be a few dustbins inside the bus to promote cleanliness.

Because at night wherever the bus stops for dinner, we the passengers are compelled to have something there only as there are no options nearby.

Rest stop hygiene should be implemented properly. Very unhygienic place to eat. It actually 0 star.

The driving was very rough throughout the journey, which led to the body sound of the vehicle. Also, the leg room space was very bad where you cannot stretch your legs inside the front seat. I don't know, but the way the driver was driving, the vehicle won't last too long. I would have told the owner of the vehicle directly if I got his number.

Seats were slight discomfort.

Service is not good, sleeping time, light is on and off repeatedly.

A/C water was falling inside. Luggage was asked to keep inside the bus and not in the space provided in the bus to keep the luggage. Sacks and sacks of vegetables were loaded in the luggage space instead. Very very bad service. Will never travel by this bus again.
