They did not drop on the mentioned drop location. The drop location was around 10-15 km away.

The bus journey was okay, but the driver contacted me personally through calls and messages even after I reached home. This made me uncomfortable. VRL management should look into this matter.

The bus reached boarding point 2 hrs late. And we reached Indore 9 hrs late. This is unacceptable. I suggest other passengers book some other bus by paying some more money.

The first thing I liked was that driver and staff behavior was so good. Staff was changing bedsheet for next trip that I had not seen in most of the buses. The bus was on time for boarding and departed on time. My bed was clean and neat. The only thing was my cushion was not good from inside so I told them to take away and I used my own bag as a cushion. I think bed size was also little bit small as compared to other travels like Ashoka or Vaibhav. And I think 2U bed mattress needed to change. Because the mattress had sagged or bed had sagged needed to check by them. Apart from this rest of the things were good and it was new bus so yeah AC was also good.
