Ac vents are broken and hence could not decrease the temperature. Also, we were made to get down and shift to another bus before our destination with our luggage. In the other bus, seats were not allotted and we were just made to seat. All the beds in the new bus were used and in a mess. Journey ended with disappointment.

Actually my pickup point was Clock Tower Secundrabad. Three hours before, I had informed that I would come to Patancheruvu. I reached Patancheruvu by 06:20 pm and I waited for more than an hour. At 07:40 pm, the bus arrived at Patancheruvu. The driver did not stop the bus even after I lifted my hand. After calling, they contacted him to make him stop the bus. By chasing in traffic and in mud, I had to run behind the bus with luggage. I caught the bus. After getting into the bus, the driver said that my pickup point was Clock Tower and asked why he should stop at Patancheruvu. This was the response from the bus driver. Yesterday was a horrible day for me. Because of their negligence, I suffered a lot. The driver spoke as if it was not his mistake. This was very sad.
