I would like to report an issue regarding the staff's conduct. Instead of explaining the luggage options politely, they spoke unprofessionally, used inappropriate words, and demanded money. I hope management addresses this behavior.

The bus arrived too late to the boarding point and the driver behaviour was very poor and not acceptable as there was a mother and kid travelling alone and their drop point was Kamalapuram. They did not call out and stop at the right point. It was very early morning and not safe to drop at a later point. He simply argued and misbehaved with the passenger and this is not at all acceptable. Take required action.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The bus was in very poor condition, the seats were uncomfortable, there were no window curtains, and water was leaking inside the bus. The overall condition of the bus was unacceptable, making the entire journey very uncomfortable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. This was my worst travel experience, and I will never travel with them again. This is my last trip with them. Rating: 0/5. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The expected dropping time was 5:30 AM, but there was a two-hour delay. At 7:30 AM, the bus came to Duvvur. Very very bad experience.

Bus started already very late and driver unnecessarily wasting time. I should reach at 5 am, it's already about to 7, still 67 km far. I'm not sure when I will reach home. Worst bus.
