Toilet is only unirals. Otherwise good service. Beside that they stop at Natur Resort where food has such low quality.

There was very rude and unprofessional behavior by the bus staff. I had booked two seats for a departure time of 4:30 PM. However, the bus arrived early at 4:15 PM. I was already present at the boarding point, but my friend was stuck in traffic and was on the way. Despite the scheduled departure time being 4:30 PM, the bus staff refused to wait even for a few minutes and kept giving excuses that they had to move ahead and would face traffic on the way. I had to request them repeatedly, and only after a lot of difficulty did they agree to wait. The staff's attitude was extremely rude and uncooperative. As a customer who had booked and paid for two seats, I expected basic courtesy and reasonable cooperation. This was a very disappointing experience. I requested to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future.

There are no washroom stops during the journey, making bus travel very difficult for women. At least 2 washroom stops of just 2 minutes each should be provided, as these are natural needs and emergencies can happen anytime. The driver is not cooperating with washroom requests. Please take this issue seriously and ensure basic comfort and dignity for female passengers.

Only problem is bus stop while boarding. It is far away from designated bus stop which is given while booking.
