Hi team, This has been a very disappointing journey experience. You are asking for feedback about the Prince Bus journey, but we were actually provided with a bus operator bus. The bus provided was completely different from what was shown in the service provider app. The seats and pillows were very dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the bus was extremely poor. The scheduled dropping time was 6:00 AM, but it is already 7:20 AM, and we are still travelling and currently near Peenya. This was a very poor service experience. The ticket price was ₹xxxx, which was definitely not worth the service provided. I request you to please investigate this issue and provide a refund/appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please also clarify why a different bus was provided from the one shown in the app. Regards, Kallappa

The cleanliness of the bus was not good and the blanket was so thin and did not even cover the whole bed. The pickup and drop were not done on time, and live tracking also did not work throughout the trip.
