My actual time is 11 and I came to pickup point at 10.30, the bus came at 12 and the staff also not responding to the calls and they kept live tracker in office mode. Very horrible experience with the mosquitoes that night.

The bus came almost 2 hours late and reached 3 hours later, and even service is very bad.

The bus got some problem and I was sleeping and the bus staff did not see me and left me in the bus and left in another bus. It was very reckless and worst experience ever. I got stuck for so much time in other places and the journey was very hectic.

The bus waited 3-4 hours for traffic clearance. At that time, there was no AC in the bus. They switched off the AC supply. Due to this, we felt very suffocated in the bus.
