I had the worst experience with Udaygiri Travels for the second time. The staff's behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unethical. Instead of assisting passengers, they spoke disrespectfully and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. This is unacceptable from a travel service. I strongly urge the management to train their staff on basic customer service and professionalism. If this continues, I will never choose Udaygiri Travels again and will not recommend it to anyone.
