The staff behaviour was rough, the price I paid for the ticket was not satisfactory as compared to seating comfort. The seats were not comfortable. I booked a ticket from Guwahati mini ISBT to Lakhimpur, and the bus time was 10.00 pm. I reached the location at 9.50 pm, searching for the bus in mini ISBT Kanapara, but the bus had already left the place.
