Time sense was zero. I am still not reaching my stop. I am in the bus. Reaching time was 6.30 and now it's 8 am. Still, the bus has not touched the drop point.

The bus was supposed to reach Dharmabad around 8–9 am, but it arrived only after 11 am. On top of the delay, the driver stopped for dinner after midnight at 1 am. Seriously, 1 am for dinner. Dinner should normally be completed much earlier, like 10–11 pm. The place where the driver stopped was also ridiculously expensive and totally unhygienic. If buses did not stop there, there might be no one visiting that place. Prices were almost like airport pricing. It honestly makes you wonder whether the driver is getting some commission from that particular place. I had specifically booked an AC bus, but the AC was turned off for the whole night. If the AC service is not going to be provided properly, then why charge passengers for an AC bus. Overall, poor time management, unnecessary stops, expensive food options, and AC not being operated properly. Definitely a 1-star service. Very disappointed and would not recommend this bus service.
