I had a very pathetic experience while travelling from Bengaluru to Adoni. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 8:10 PM; however, we reached by 8:00 PM at Silk Board. The driver was calling from 7:15 PM and speaking rudely and arrogantly. The bus was supposed to reach the destination by 5:00 AM but reached at 9:00 AM. The driver and staff behaved disrespectfully with passengers, denied proper washroom breaks, shouted at customers, behaved inappropriately with women, and handled luggage carelessly by throwing it. This kind of unprofessional behaviour and poor service are completely unacceptable.

driver spoke very rashly with ladies and bus maintenance is very low very important is driver and cleaner don't have manners how to speak with travels very worst bus don't opt this bus at all

I was late to the pickup point due to heavy traffic along the route from Bengaluru to Lokapur, resulting in missing the bus. The crew was not at all cooperative compared to other operators on the same route.
