This was the first time I booked a bus from this travel agency and it was a worst experience. No clear detail about the bus, no prior information. The bus was at least 1 kilometer far from the actually informed location. Then the bus operator was way too rude, he was literally shouting at passengers. I also asked him for help with my seat and he said, dekh nhi rahi ho kaam kr raha ho, seat jyda jaruri kaam hai ya ye. Then the seat was broken, the button was not working from which we shifted the seat front and back. Very uncomfortable journey throughout. Also, the actual timing was 9:15 PM for departure but it started the journey at around 10:20 PM. Plus, the toilet was smelling and no flush or water was there in the toilet. Overall, I wanted to give minus star but minimum I could give was 1, that was why I was giving 1 star to the bus and operator.
