Not covering time properly. Twelve hours complete from Ahmedabad to Bhilwara but my destination is not arriving and Google map timing is 30-40 minutes. So please manage this management.

Worst bus don't take this one.

This was an absolutely third-class bus service. The scheduled pickup time was 20:15, but the bus did not arrive at the pickup point until 22:45. Similarly, the scheduled drop-off time was 02:00, but it did not reach the destination until 08:00. There were issues along the way as well, as the vehicle broke down. I did not know if they ever bothered with timely maintenance, and the bus looked like a truck dragged out of a scrapyard, as it was truly awful. They just wanted to cash in on the peak season, so they deployed extra buses and charged higher fares, yet the service was abysmal. If this happened again, I was never going to use that service. Oh, and one more thing, the bus was stuck at the petrol pump for a whole hour because the driver did not even have the money for diesel. He kept making calls, and it was only after an hour that someone transferred the money and he finally got the tank filled. It was unbelievable.

Such a bad experience. I would never suggest anyone to travel.

Never travel in such buses, they are dirty, used for heavy cargo loading and unloading, make infinite stops, and have no time punctuality.

Bus service is very poor, staff behavior is very bad, they were taking extra charge for my luggage. In the bus, mobile charging points were not working. Totally, this trip went poorly. You shouldn't book tickets of this travels and don't use this app for booking bus.

Very pathetic, not comfortable at all. Stop using this. Not at all punctual. Very bad experience.
