Only thing I disliked is I stayed in lower berth and there is continuous noise from upper berth. It's like tools noise due to bus movements. Kindly check it. I sat in lower berth.

The bed along with the curtains is unclean and covered with a lot of dust, making the journey very uncomfortable. The poor hygiene is causing inconvenience to passengers and does not meet basic cleanliness standards. I kindly request the manager to look into this matter at the earliest. Please do the needful to make the journey at ease. Your prompt attention to this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation.
