My bus from Pondicherry to Nagercoil was stopped by RTO officials at Kayathar due to an alleged tax payment issue. We were stranded for over 2 hours. I requested to investigate this issue and provide a full refund for the inconvenience caused.

Yesterday night Pondy to Tirunelveli travelling, Tirunelveli near Kaya Thar toll gate RTO officers stopped the bus due to tax not paid by the bus owner. Passengers waited for 3 hours, but the owner and driver did not respond properly. Finally, passengers spoke with the RTO officer and were dropped at their respective locations after the bus went to stop at the police station. This was the worst experience of my life. Don't book PKR travels and do not recommend it.

Very Bad Experience – Pondicherry to Nagercoil Travels We had a very bad and disappointing experience with your bus service from Pondicherry to Nagercoil. Near the Nanguneri area, the police stopped the bus, and the passengers were left waiting for almost 3 hours. Many passengers arranged alternative transport by taking government buses and continued their journey. My daughter also had to leave the bus and arrange her own transport to reach Nagercoil. In this situation, the travel company should calculate the fare for the unused portion of the journey from Nanguneri to Nagercoil and refund the appropriate amount to all affected passengers. It was your responsibility to provide proper support and alternative arrangements when such problems occur. Leaving passengers stranded for hours without proper assistance was unacceptable. We strongly demand a refund for the unused journey. If you fail to resolve this issue fairly, we will not travel with your service again, and we will not recommend your bus service to others. Please take this complaint seriously and provide a proper response and refund. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience.

Irresponsible answer. Very poor travel. Bus also stopped. Passengers are waiting more than 4 hours. Owner has irresponsible attitude.

Everything is okay except one. They loaded parcels in the entire luggage trunk and when we asked to keep our 2 big luggage bags, they told us to keep it inside with us. Is this a passenger travel service or a parcel service? If your priority is parcels, then run only a parcel service, don't run a passenger travel service and trouble passengers. Totally unprofessional.
