At around 12:30 PM, the bus stopped at a location with only a single restaurant/hotel option. The service there was extremely slow in taking and delivering orders, leaving passengers with almost no time to eat. Stopping at a venue with multiple food options would give passengers much better choices and faster service. Despite the hotel's delay, the driver started the bus in just 15 minutes. My 8-year-old daughter was only able to finish half her meal before the cleaner started rushing us back onto the bus. When we had to hurry back onboard, the cleaner strictly forbade us from bringing any remaining food or snacks into the bus, claiming it would cause a food smell. While punctuality was appreciated, crew members need to show basic empathy and flexibility—especially toward young children—when delays occur at designated rest stops due to slow service. Allowing a 5-minute buffer or choosing better-equipped rest stops with fast service would make a huge difference for passengers.

Worst bus I had never seen as the driver and staff both were fraud, and they were taking extra money while we reserved a seat also. How did they allow this kind of buses without knowing? I had reserved two seats and the staff demanded if I had to pay XXXX then only they would allow. The staff was demanding, and when we called to enquire where the bus was, the staff was answering the bus was on the road and they did not know where the bus was. Later the staff demanded at least XXXX, then I had paid because that was early morning 4:00 AM and ladies were there. Do not ever book this travels.
