The bus was overloaded. It was severely overloaded. As a result, it arrived at our drop-off point four hours late. This bus operator should be prosecuted.

Rude behaviour no timing punctuality. I asked for timing when we will reach Jhansi bus stand they told me to take auto and go at 4:00am bus timings to reach there was 3:00am and also abused me for asking why did you stop at Elite Chauraha for 30 mins they were unloading some stuff. Never recommend this to anyone worst travel experience ever.
