They ask us to come to the stop at least half an hour prior, but the bus is late. Only one bus cannot be stuck in traffic. All other buses were on time. When I asked and said I would complain, they started arguing.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service experienced on my recent journey. Despite paying a premium bus fare, the overall experience was severely compromised due to the following issues. The designated dinner stop was utterly pathetic, unhygienic, and completely inappropriate. The poor standards of cleanliness and facilities are unacceptable for the fare charged.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service experienced on my recent journey. Despite paying a premium bus fare, the overall experience was severely compromised due to the following issues. Unacceptable rest stop: the designated dinner stop during both outbound and return legs was utterly pathetic, unhygienic, and completely inappropriate. The poor standards of cleanliness and facilities are unacceptable for the fare charged. Arbitrary location denial: during the return journey to Mumbai, the onboard bus operator/conductor flatly denied and altered the designated departure stop location, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. This level of service falls well below expected standards. I request a formal review of your partnered rest stops and onboard staff conduct, along with an appropriate response regarding these service failures.

Had a great experience. The bus has a neat, clean, and luxurious interior, making the journey very comfortable and pleasant. The service was smooth and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely recommend this travels for a comfortable and premium travel experience.

Sir, this was one of the horrible experiences I got. I had gone to Bombay High Court for my very important hearing. But due to misinformation given that the bus would come here at 4:30, I had to leave my hearing incomplete and run to catch the bus. Actually, the bus came late by 5 hours at 10 o'clock in the night and my entire visit was completely fruitless at a loss of rupees XXXX.
