My bus journey yesterday was an absolutely horrible experience. The driver was driving extremely carelessly and did not slow down or apply the brakes properly at humps and potholes. Every time the bus went over a hump or gutter, it felt like I was on a fantasy park ride rather than travelling in a bus. The jerks were so severe that even my bag fell down from the upper berth or holder. This was not just uncomfortable, it was unsafe and frightening. Passengers should not had to worry about being thrown around or their belongings falling because of reckless driving. I had travelled by bus many times, but this was without doubt the most horrible bus journey I had ever experienced. I sincerely hoped the management took this complaint seriously and ensured that drivers followed safe driving practices, especially while approaching humps, potholes, and uneven roads.

There was no live tracking, and the boarding point number was not responding too. Bus was late by 35 mins, which we were not aware of. Traveling in bus was not an issue at all. Tracking and contact number of bus driver should be updated and water bottle was not supplied.
