I am very disappointed with your bus service. Despite informing your staff twice about the correct drop-off point, we were dropped at the wrong location. As this was our first visit to Chennai, we had to spend extra money to reach our destination. The response from your customer service team was also unsatisfactory. I request you to take this complaint seriously and provide a proper resolution.

It's very worst to travel travel. We didn't reach our exact destination on time. Worst behavior of driver and staff. Disappointed.

Other amenities are nice. Rest hygiene stop, live tracking, punctuality, etc. But while sleeping we were getting some noise of steel rod inside each compartment. Driving was also a little shaky. Sometimes they used to stop for 15 min to 20 minutes for passengers to come for a trip. Otherwise good trip. They provided water bottle as well.
