Here's a polished version of your review: This bus operates on the Nagercoil–Bangalore route. According to the booking portal, the total journey time was mentioned as 9 hours 30 minutes, with departure from Nagercoil at 6:00 PM and arrival in Bangalore at 3:30 AM the next day. It is understandable if there is a delay of 1 or 2 hours due to traffic or other unavoidable reasons. However, this bus took more than 4 extra hours and reached Bangalore only at 7:30 AM. Even after reaching Bangalore, some stops were still pending. If you cannot ensure timely arrival, why advertise such a short travel duration? Even normal non-AC buses provide a more reliable travel experience than this multi-axle bus. Worst experience.

As per schedule the bus did not reach my place. Kovilpatti 8.30 pm. It came at 9.15 pm. Early morning before 5 am to be dropped but it happened at 6.30 am. As a result, I had to miss my flight. Who will pay now? Even tracking was completed as per schedule but the vehicle did not reach.

The seat I was sitting in had a broken push-back/reclining feature. I was unable to recline the seat for the entire 9-hour journey. Please have the seat fixed as soon as possible.
