Bus was changed. Bus was picked up from Pramukhraj and also bus drop time was changed to 11:45. Dropped in Jollybunglow. Bus was late in dropping.

Staff behaviour is different, manual ticket and online ticket.

Bus needs too much maintenance. Seat needs to be replaced. Window curtains need to be replaced. In my seat, the window curtain is broken and the full journey, outer lights come on my face, so I can't sleep. It's a waste of money to travel with this Payal Bus.

The staff in the bus was not good and very bad, small things like drinking some, and also not a professional conductor or any staff.

I booked a Payal Bus but they travelled through Pramukhraj bus. The bus was not clean and a very bad smell came in the bus. The staff was also very rude and the charging point was sometimes not working. My travel experience was very bad.
