Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding the current bus schedule and stops. The bus stops for dinner at night between 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm, after which it does not make any further stops. It reaches Virar the next morning between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. This means passengers have to travel for nearly 9 to 10 hours without a single restroom break. Therefore, I kindly request you to either add a brief restroom stop in Navi Mumbai or arrange for onboard restroom facilities inside the bus for the convenience of the passengers. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope you will look into this matter soon.

Got late by 10 minutes due to train problems but did not wait. Also did not call before arriving at boarding point and called after leaving boarding point. Did not rearrange trip or did not refund amount, I managed my trip.

My journey from Kolhapur to Mumbai was very disappointing. I was travelling alone as a female passenger, and the bus had a serious cockroach problem. There were too many cockroaches inside the bus, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The seat was also not comfortable, especially for a long journey. Another major concern was the lack of any live bus tracking facility. Neither I nor my family members could track the bus location or know the expected arrival time. As a female travelling alone, having a reliable tracking facility is important for peace of mind. Overall, the cleanliness and seating comfort need significant improvement. I hope the operator takes this feedback seriously and ensures a cleaner and more comfortable experience for passengers in the future.

Small children were not sleeping comfortably because in sleeper seat blankets were also not available and bedsheet was also not available in travels, so please improve the travel. I spent XXXXX to XXXXX to travel but I am not satisfied.
