I paid the same amount as other seat, but they illegally adjusted one more seat near the emergency exit. There was no place to breathe and they attached a small bed near it. There was no place to sleep. They made me wait for 45 minutes on the road. They lied about the traffic. They were not punctual. They didn’t provide any comfort. I had to rest my head on the hard surface. Now I have body pain because of it plus they drive recklessly.
