Very poor experience. The bus was leaking water, and the seats were completely wet. Could not sleep throughout the journey. Bus maintenance needs significant improvement.

Vehicle breakdown and no option. Now they are telling us to seat in a random bus. No sleeper available, only uncomfortable seating at night. 1 o'clock seating on road.

there were no mobile charging port on seat j and when I was on board inside the bus two persons was already seated there on my seat .bedsheet was dirty and pillow wet from sweat , worst experience I had ever .
