The helper on the bus was kind of rude. The co-ordinator was helpful and actually upgraded my seat understanding that the booked seat was uncomfortable.

Boarding point changed by operator. I have to travel to other area to pick up bus. Not reached at dropping point on time. (Late by 1 hour)

Bus went breakdown in between which led to delay of 4 hours instead of 7:30 it dropped us at 11:30. Also, no adjustable blower control for A/C and bus is highly inaccurate for timing in all ways possible for boarding or dropping.

Dropping point selected but bus did not drop at that place. AC not working, informed many times but no increase in cooling. Tyre not proper, so getting vibration while sleeping. Rest stop hygiene very very bad and not proper for girls. Stop at very very bad hotels with not proper food.
