So late that I had to cancel my plans. Delay was just due to the driver taking pan and other items. After pickup, we stayed at the same place for more than half an hour simply due to no reason. When asked, said waiting for some packages to be delivered.

Very slow driving took 10 to 11 hours to reach Ahmedabad. Not taken from boarding point and not dropped at dropping point. Staff behaviour not good.

My bus experience was very disappointing. The pickup time was 11.30 AM, but the bus arrived after 1.30 PM, so I had to wait for more than 2 hours. The bus did not go to Geeta Mandir for dropping, but the dropping list showed many stops that the bus did not actually cover. This was very confusing and should be updated correctly. Another issue was that the driver stopped at a petrol pump and refuelled the bus while passengers were already travelling. This caused further delay and inconvenience. At the time of booking, the driver's contact number was also not provided. The other contact numbers given did not answer the calls. Overall, the service was not properly managed. Please provide correct pickup and dropping information, proper contact numbers, and better time management.

I am travelling Mumbai to Ahmedabad. The service and behaviour of the driver and staff were very bad. I selected a dropping point, but the driver dropped me at another place. I will never travel again on this bus.
