Worth to travel with affordable price with good response from the driver and cleaner, maintaining the correct timing.

Bus ticket showing boarding timing was 1:20 PM but it changed multiple times and I boarded the bus at 3 PM at gandhipuram and it was mentioned that it was a bus but I got a bus in worst condition and no proper AC supply I started to sweat. I wanted refund as this trip made me wait for 2 and half hours in sun and everything mentioned was fake, I reached late to my hometown around 11 PM but it was mentioned that I will reach by 8 PM. I wanted refund and an apology from the bus service company.

2 hours of delay, there was no proper response from travel's side. Sometimes they did not pick the call. If we asked for the reason of delay, simply they told ask platform and cancel the ticket. Totally worst experience.

We booked AC sleeper. Just 2 hours after journey, they shifted us to non-AC seater bus saying there was some problem. No proper answer. Actually, it was not their own bus and they are not running it regularly. They are renting it from other tourist travels and running it during festival holidays. Fare xxxx went waste. Never book this bus especially travelling as couple and family.

Too fast driving to catch up time. Timing needs to be maintained properly to avoid rash driving.

I was extremely disappointed with this bus travel experience. The staff responses were completely irrelevant and unprofessional. There was no proper response, no accurate tracking information, and no satisfactory support throughout the journey. The overall service was very poor and not worth the ticket price at all. We paid the full ticket amount expecting a comfortable and reliable journey, but the experience was a complete waste of our money and time.

The bus arrived at the Melmaruvathur boarding point only at 4:10 AM, despite the scheduled boarding time of 2:45 AM. This caused a delay of 1 hour and 25 minutes. Even the live tracking showed an STA of 3:25 AM, but the bus arrived later than that. Waiting for such a long time at the boarding point during the early morning hours caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. I request to investigate this delay, provide a proper explanation, and take appropriate action against the service provider if necessary. Please also consider suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused. Kindly treat this complaint seriously and provide a resolution. Thank you.

The bus was delayed by almost an hour. Instead of focusing on timely passenger pickup and service, the staff seemed more focused on offline bookings and passengers arranged through external agents. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I hope the operator improves punctuality and gives priority to passengers who have already booked their tickets. Arrival to destination was almost delayed by 2 hrs.
