They haven't provided me the blanket even after asking the same. No water bottle has been given but it was mentioned in the app.

Bus broke down in the middle. We did not reach our destination. There was no backup plan from your side. You just said the next bus will come and sent us. We were delayed and very disappointed. We never travel by this type of bus. The response and behaviour were not good. Thanks.
