The previous bus booked left without picking me up and did not wait till the time scheduled. 2) The second bus I booked cancelled on its own, shifting the time 1 hour after the scheduled time, and this happened to me last week also. 3) The bus that was supposed to come, which was already coming 1 hour late, came 2 hours late, the reason being they could not come with an empty bus and they waited for the bus to fill. 4) The driver contact details were wrong. 5) There was no one to call who could take responsibility, and the worst part was that this had happened to me twice.
