Except the live bus tracking, the comfort, cleanliness, rest stop hygiene was good. Staff behavior and seating comfort was also good.

Is trustworthy name. Great drivers, good cooperative cleaner, punctual buses. Except one parcel story. My relative gave a parcel to hand over to someone. Cleaner denied me to get the parcel out at Delaware. He said collect it from the office. I understand they get money out of it but when I was there saying it’s my parcel, they should have allowed me to get it off. That is the only thing to highlight. Dim lights to be off in the night because I was not able to sleep.

Charging is often kept off. The driver told us they do not provide charging at night, but even when the bus started on time, charging was not available. The seats are not very comfortable. Punctuality is very bad. Live tracking is also not available.

The rest stop hygiene was pathetic and even the food quality is not good. Cleanliness and bus infrastructure need to be improved. The charging points and the AC vents are broken.
