There was no ac.

There were many water leakages from that AC unit, constantly water was dripping on our head and it's just a local bus with AC (that also was not maintained).

Very poor and disappointing service. The bus was scheduled to reach Indore at 7:25 AM, but it is reaching around 10:30 AM, which is almost 3 hours late. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted our time. Such a delay is unacceptable. Please take strict action and improve your service.

The blankets were not clean. Smell was coming from the blanket. Also, it was late by 4 hours.
