hand rest of the seat was not there. so zero comfort. Curtains were not hooked proper , AC was not working properly.

Staff behaviour very worst, please Pradeep conductor is misbehaving with passenger and did not provide kambal on demand. So next time I will not prefer Parihar travel. And he changed the boarding point without information to the passenger.

The bus acts basically as a local bus from Jabalpur to Sagar picking up anyone and everyone on the way. Overcrowded bus. Not on time for obvious reasons, stopping every 30 minutes.
