Bus stopped at a rest stop in the early morning. I stepped out to go to rest room & upon returning within 2-3 minutes, the bus had departed. The bus driver & supporting staff neither wait nor confirm if the passengers have returned back to the bus or not. I needed to immediately contact the number which I got after booking but he had given another number. I contacted him & he said that we've crossed Virar road so please come there. I had to rush there by any mode of transport I got & paid extra due to their mistake. Such an experience has given me mental harassment.

Stop at lots of places to fill passengers and the AC was not working until it ran well on the highway.

Very disappointing experience travelling from Surat to Ahmedabad with Paras Travels. The AC was not working properly, and despite informing the staff several times, no proper action was taken. The bus was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Please improve the AC maintenance and staff response.

Timing wise it's delayed or they should make departure time earlier to 11 pm from 11:45 pm so it will be helpful to people in the morning who can reach their home by near 6 am (people who are leaving near Gota, Shivranjani, Satellite area, Memnagar, Bopal etc.). Journey: Surat to Ahmedabad (Shivranjani). And AC cooling should be maintained. In mid journey it should be well controlled. And good thing is well respected communication from driver side. Thank you.
