This was my first time booking and I am highly disappointed with the service. My bus was scheduled for 10:30 PM. I reached the boarding point on time, but the bus departed at 12:30 AM. I had to wait for more than 2 hours, which felt like a punishment for me. I also highlighted this issue to the support team, but I did not receive any support. Furthermore, during the entire journey, the bus did not stop at any point for food or water. No drinking water facility was provided on the bus either. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I am completely dissatisfied with this service and I will not recommend this service to anyone in the future.

Bus started 1hour late and the seats were very uncomfortable and driving was rash but the bus reached the location on time.

Very bad experience. At the time of booking, the bus was shown with several facilities, but the actual service was completely different. There was no blanket, no water bottle, and the AC was not working. The bus was also in very poor and old condition. Overall, the bus was extremely uncomfortable and the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.
